Coordinated Travel Services has negotiated discount rates with Delta Air Lines who serves more than 160 million customers each year. With its unsurpassed global network, Delta and the Delta Connection® carriers offer service to more than 350 destinations in nearly 70 countries on six continents.
Coordinated Travel Services has significantly reduced the cost for each member group when they have transient housing, meeting, and/or conferencing needs. When using CTS to book conferences or meetings, CTS will negotiate a preliminary contract with the approved hotel on behalf of the group. This contract is then forwarded to the group for their approval and signature. CTS then finalizes the contract with the hotel.
Coordinated Travel Services has negotiated discounted car rentals with Avis Rent A Car System, LLC and its subsidiaries who operate one of the world's leading car rental brands, providing business and leisure customers with a wide range of services at more than 2,100 locations in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the Latin American / Caribbean region.
The mission of Coordinated Travel Services is to maximize the purchasing power of the four member groups, as it relates to business travel and conferencing. Leveraging their combined activity has resulted in lower air travel costs and lower housing rates.
CTS is a certified Corporate Travel Department (CTD) which entitles CTS to receive hotel and car rental commissions when booked through CTS.
The CTS Articles of Organization requires the hiring of a Travel Management Company.
The CTS Board has selected TSI USA, a global travel management company.

In addition to air travel and car rentals, CTS has significantly reduced the cost for each member group when they have transient housing, meeting, and/or conferencing needs. Upon completion the contract is forwarded back to the group for implementation and administration of their event.
